Yes the Pelican has a great roller! Orca just as good,but you will have to get roller kit for it which is over $150.

The metal ones work great in the shade,but not in direct sun. The metal band heats up. I have two of them from different companies and both do the same. I have had better luck with Igloo. We use a 152 qt ,marine max cold Igloo because there are usually 4 of us on trips. It has held ice for 6 days! It is huge and requires 2 people to move it lol. Try NICE. I heard nices thing about them. I have a friend using one on their boat down here on Tablerock lake. They love it Comparable to Yeti ,but little lower in price. They have a 90qt roller. Not Sure the weight,but will find out for you.

Do yo have a price range you are willing to spend on a new one? There are many. Igloo and Coleman both make a rolling marine 5 day cooler in the sizes you are looking for. They are reasonably priced under 100 bucks. Here are couple of tips to remember when trying to keep your ice from melting. The night before stick a couple of water bottles in the freezer (and stick your cooler somewhere cool the day before you load it) When you load your cooler put a couple of the frozen water bottles in the bottom,load the rest of your goodies then put the remaining water bottles towards the top. When adding ice make sure to give the cooler a couple of good shakes to settle the ice between your cooler items then top of remaining space with ice. Remember 5 day coolers are rated for 90 degrees. Also they don't work for 5 days if you don't pack it plum full of ice to start out with. I recommend marine coolers for anyone. The white reflects the sun. Stay away from dark colors. You can stick block ice with ice but I find this takes up too much food and beer space.
